RETURN & REFUND POLICY
All returns for all products must
be made within 7 days of receiving your product. Please send your returns in
original packaging (if possible) to:

Please include a copy of the Return Authorization Form with your
order.
Bulk Order Returns (drums and
totes)
If Product
Damaged in Transit: If your product was damaged in
transit, make sure that you refuse the delivery upon the driver’s arrival.
Ensure that the driver provides you with the BOL (Bill of Lading) copy and make
note of the damaged goods on the BOL. Always refuse delivery of the entire
pallet, even if only a portion of the items are damaged.
If You Received
a Different Item Than You Ordered: Receive under protest and notify
customer service immediately. Please attach any additional documentation
of the incorrect item to your initial email to customer service. Please note
that if contacted after operating hours, we will contact you the following
business day.
