 SHIPPING POLICY

Our goal is to ship in 3-5 business days. Expedited shipping methods will ship the same business day if placed before 11am PST. Please note that any expedited shipping options placed after 11am PST will ship out the next business day. If there is an expected delay in shipping your package, our customer service team will notify you via email.

Bulk Shipping

Orders over 150lbs are considered bulk orders and will be shipped via FedEx freight. Shipping times may vary based on your location.

Shipping Rates

Our shipping rates can be seen during the checkout process prior to placing your final order. The rates displayed are reflective of shipping and handling. In many cases, there is a significant amount of packaging material used to ensure items are shipped safely and our shipping rates are reflective of those packaging and handling rates.

International Bulk Shipping

If you are an international customer (outside of the US) and purchasing bulk product, we ask that you please schedule your own freight carrier. Please have your freight carrier contact shipping@avopacific.com to schedule a pickup. Order will be placed on freight hold until contacted before cancellation (up to 72 hours). Please note that our pickup hours at 7am-3pm PST.

Shipping Zones

We are located in Southern California. Depending on your location and the shipping service you requested, your order will typically arrive in 1-5 business days after it is processed. We will send a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Your shipping confirmation will include a tracking number for your order.
